Occasionally, treatment can be performed the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require a more in-depth evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
You can help us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
- Your most recent set of complete X-Rays taken by your previous dental provider, if available (see X-Ray section for more details)
- If you have dental insurance, please bring the necessary completed forms (see Dental Insurance section for more details)
- A list of any medications you are presently taking
- A list of any medical conditions you have, or have experienced in the past

IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the consultation visit.
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may require pre-medication prior to your visit to our office (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)
