General Appointments

We are available by phone to schedule your appointment, or you may leave us a voice-mail, or send us an e-mail and we will do our best to accommodate your appointment needs.

Emergencies

In the event that you have a dental emergency during normal business hours, please call our office and we will try to see you as soon as possible.

If your emergency is outside of normal business hours our voice-mail system will provide you with an emergency number to contact us. We will do our very best to return your call as quickly as possible, to assess your emergency and determine a suitable remedy. You may take your normal pain medication to alleviate any discomfort you are experiencing until we are able to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make it for your appointment, we request that you provide us with at least three business days notice to allow us an opportunity to re-schedule another patient in the appointment time. We realize that occasional unforeseen emergencies arise which do not allow you the foresight to be able to cancel. However consistently missing or canceling appointments is detrimental to your dental health and to our practice.

You will be charged an appointment cancellation fee if your appointment is cancelled or missed with less than three business days prior notice.
